Perception Group finalises lisence purchase and support agreements with Trump Media & Technology Group

PERCEPTION’S FEATURE RICH TV CDN PLATFORM IS NOW POWERING LIVE TV STREAMING SERVICES TO TRUTH SOCIAL USERS

LONDON, UK, JULY 5, 2024 — Perception Group Inc. (“Perception” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that the Company has finalised and signed a Perpetual License Purchase Agreement for Perception TVCDN’s proprietary feature rich TV CDN platform with a follow on 5 year Support and Maintenance Agreement with the Trump Media & Technology Group (Nasdaq: DJT) (“TMTG”) to power and support the TMTG’s private CDN TV streaming service which is now delivering high quality content to TMTG’s social media platform, Truth Social.

The multi-million USD perpetual license is exclusive to TMTG in the United States and runs in parallel with a 5 year Support and Maintenance Agreement.

Perception’s software is powering a multi-node private TV CDN which is currently being expanded across the US. This is designed to deliver low-latency streaming at enterprise scale to the Truth Social user base and beyond.

Truth Social has already integrated its existing iOS, Android and web apps using Perception’s unified TVCDN API. Next-up will be the launch of a dedicated TMTG TV streaming app, Truth+, across all key mobile and connected TV platforms that will utilise Perception’s unique feature set including live rewind catch-up-TV, network DVR, FAST TV channel playout and much more.

This will be followed by the launch of TRUTH+ TV app to enhance TMTG’s service to their growing user base. We are very pleased that our team was able to make that happen so quickly and that we are now delivering a live service to Truth Social users.”

The overall service is being streamed over a specially designed private TVCDN with TMTG’s own servers and routers giving TMTG full control of its streaming network.”
